Chippa featuring in 'NOW' - An Analog Moving Picture Project

POSTED BY Kustom. 11 Aug . 2010
Analog surfer, Chris ‘Chippa’ Wilson has teamed up with film-maker Riley Blakeway to produce the latest installment in Analog’s Moving Picture Project series, Now.

The idea to produce Now derived from a friendship that started when Chippa & Riley both took out Stab’s Little Weeds competition in 2009. After a little thought they both figured there was no time like the present to get on the road and get started. So the project was named and Now was born.

Currently being filmed over just 5 months the boys spent some time on the east coast of Australia before setting out to New Zealand, California, Panama, Bali & Mexico, ensuring Now will provide a unique perspective not only on Chippa’s surfing but also on the culture and landscape of the locations featured, captured and brought to life by Riley’s avante-garde approach to filmmaking.

Along the way, Chippa & Riley have convened surfers Dion Agius, Warren Smith, Andrew Doheny, Ben Godwin & Thomas Pringle to jump onboard one trip or another. To see their stories head to the blog at www.nowanalogmpp.com or visit www.analogclothing.com

Now will be available with Stab, late 2010. Premiere dates to follow.
